Welcome to the first site designed solely for fan created work based on Comicality's "Gone From Daylight" series. Images, poetry & even spinoff stories are more than welcomed As a matter of fact, it was works by fans sent to Comsie that inspired his need for "The Blood Bank"! Let's help him fill it up!

A GFD: Blood Bank EXCLUSIVE !!!

From the creator of "Gone From Daylight", we have the honor of introducing you all to Cylance. 2 years in darkness, and with one self determined destiny that is sure to keep us all on the edge of our seats!

"Nightfall" - By: Comicality

Has just posted the final segment in Vampire Scriptures under the "Story" section.

Be sure to let him know what you think!!!

   CALLING ALL VAMPIRES!!!

The stage has been set.
Four new stories have been born into darkness.
Now the rest is up to YOU!!!

Brand new to the archives is a unique opportunity for all of you who have ever read a first chapter, and dared to dream of it's next adventure. Comicality presents the first chapters to the brand new stories:

"Honor Among Thieves"

"Renegade Dawn"

In addition to the two story starters from the first wave :

"The Awakening"

"Disposal Of Flesh"

The only diffrence to these stories as opposed to others hosted right here in our archives is YOU get to decide where they go from here. How many chapters will it take to tell the story, what other characters will be introduced along the way, how many directions can you dream up...

Just head over to The Raiders Market and check out "Story Starts". Make sure to bring your imaginations with you!

It is here, in this underground archive, that I have trusted Uriel with the works of an entirely new vampire generation. Works of art, works of technology, varied scriptures of words, and poetry, and song. With each new child of night that is born into darkness, there is the potential for a wealth of information. An opportunity for all of us to be enchanted and enriched by their own unique stories. Their own personal lessons and experiences from their human life, and beyond. It is here that we collect these artifacts of a growing, thinking, evolving, species...trying desperately to understand the world and everything in it.

It does not matter what it is that someone has to offer us as a contribution. It has never been a matter of quality, or popularity, or competition. It is merely a place for all of us in darkness to share a piece of ourselves and what we know to be real. For every step, no matter how small, leaves a footprint for future generations to find. I welcome you all to leave your footprint here.

Without the courage to share, we have not the ability to grow.

I now leave this place...in Uriel's hands. And I will always be watching.

I suppose an introduction would be nice now, wouldn't it?

Comicality was looking for a Personal Archivist not too long ago for an idea he had. His plan was to group together the scriptures of a certain group of vampires and make them available to all. To accomplish this, he needed someone to maintain the archive he created. That's where I come in. Since Stew has been bogged down in the main library, on his personal recommendation our local scriptures will be handled by yours truly. I have written my own scriptures in the past, but now is not the time and place.

Crossed over later in life, I'm probably one of the few who have no problems with our "Half Life" population. I mean come on, what's the point? Our life after death is hard enough, do we really need to throw in prejudice? That's a human trait I wish could have been left behind at death, seriously. Having worked with Stew in the main library for a short period of time, I am excited to have this new job and have major ideas that so far has seemed to make Comicality really happy since they will make doing his work much easier.

Who's invited to add to the library? Well if you're reading this, then you are on the list for sure. All of us who are aware of Comicality's students and the vampires whose lives have been touched by him directly or indirectly are a part of a special gathering. Com believes that their stories, poetry and pictures tell of a unique group and the history surrounding our "Abandoned Car Lot Group". One that needs to be told.

How do you submit your work to the archive? That's an easy one, just send them to me and I'll see to it that they go into the correct category. My address is submissions@shackoutback.net and don't forget to attach your work, including any captions, descriptions and copyright information you would like posted as well as a name you would like to display. If you have any special requests or suggestions for "The Blood Bank", send those as well to my attention. I'll talk to Com on your behalf. Ok?

Talk to you all soon!

Let me introduce myself. I'm 'Brandar' your Blood Bank PostMaster!

Uriel dragged me kicking and screaming over here to help him out with setting a message board up for all of you. (Yeah right; y'all know that as soon as I heard it was for 'Com' I was all over it! I was so excited to be doing something for the infamous Comicality that I almost didn't make it home before the sun came up! That woulda sucked big time!)

Seriously; While I answer to Comicality still, Comicality has given me permission to run the board for all of you. As long as you enjoy yourselves and refrain from removing the covers we have riveted over the windows it will be a great place for all.

Have fun; and if you need me I'll be over here in the shadows with "Those Who Have Crossed Over" ;)

If you want to know more about me, check out "Dark Vacation" in the "Scriptures" section of this archive!

Very simple. Just email what it is you would like to add to the archive to: submissions@shackoutback.net, and our archivist Uriel will see to it that it is submitted to the correct area. Make sure to include any info (Including the name you would like posted with your submission) in the Email.
